Our food is inspired by Yunnan, a province in southwest China that borders Myanmar, Laos, and Vietnam. The cuisine reflects that mix—fresh herbs like mint and coriander, the brightness of lemongrass and lime, and the heat of chilli all play a role. It’s bold, layered, and full of contrast.

At Banzha, we cook the food Michelle´s upbringing in Yunnan, recipes made with care and respect for the ingredients. We don’t simplify for comfort. We stay true to the flavours because that’s what makes them worth sharing.
