CHEF POSITION, FULL TIME

We're in search of a dedicated chef who values quality ingredients and takes pride in their profession. You should have a genuine passion for exploring the diverse regional cuisines of China, coupled with an open-minded and curious approach to your work. It would be a plus if you have experience in the gastronomy scene in South and East Asia.

As part of our small team, you should be comfortable both working independently and collaborating closely with others.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing dishes from our menu, which may see slight adjustments with the changing seasons. We operate five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday, with most shifts running from 14:30 to 22:30. Occasionally, there will be early prep shifts from 8:30 to 17:00.

FOH POSITION, FULL TIME

We're currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Front of House team in a full-time capacity. You should have at least one year of experience within the hospitality sector and demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for food and wine. Proficiency in both English and Norwegian communication is preferred.

In this role, you'll be responsible for serving and helping our guests, maintain a high-quality service and customer satisfaction. As well as helping other team members to ensure a smooth service operation. We operate five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday, with most shifts running between 15:00 - 24:00.
